How far in advance should I start using Eventdrive for my next event?

Your account is activated instantly. You can then immediately access our solution, create your events, benefit from our support, and become autonomous. In general, allow around two weeks to become familiar with our solution. After that, everything will depend on your event timeline.

What is the maximum number of people who can participate in the training?

Can the platform be used in all countries?

Yes, the platform can be used in all countries. The back office is available in both French and English, and participant interfaces are accessible in 16 different languages. In addition, you can request our technical team to add new languages to the platform according to your specific needs.

We provide personalized support to each client, with a dedicated Customer Success Manager for long-term follow-up. Are there training resources available?

How can I get started with Eventdrive if I am already a client?

If you are already an Eventdrive client, you can get familiar with the platform by creating as many events as you like, including test events. When creating a “test” event, test data is automatically generated. It is important to note that you are not billed based on the number of events you create.

Where is your data hosted?

Our data is hosted in three datacenters located in France.

What measures are taken to ensure data confidentiality?

We ensure the implementation of technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data stored as part of our services. The platform is regularly audited to comply with the requirements of publicly listed companies, particularly banks and insurance companies. Finally, our staff receives appropriate training and awareness programs, and only a limited number of identified personnel have access to the data.

What type of live event can I organize on Eventdrive?

You can organize plenary sessions, which offer a one-way format from speakers, moderators, or the control room to participants. In this case, participants can benefit from all available interactive services, but they cannot speak or activate their camera and microphone.

You can also organize workshops. Your speakers will be able to share their video and audio, while participants can engage by raising their hand and activating their camera and microphone, similar to the experience on Teams.

The control room mode gives audiovisual production professionals the ability to broadcast their production directly from their equipment, simplifying the streaming process. In addition, you can broadcast pre-recorded videos, such as trailers or teasers, as a complement.

Is there a limit to the number of participants connected during the live event?

The limit for participants connected during a live event is set at 7,000. However, for needs exceeding this capacity, we invite you to contact us directly to discuss customized solutions.

Do you handle on-site video capture?

While we provide the Eventdrive management and streaming platform, we do not handle on-site video capture. However, we collaborate with video capture providers and would be happy to connect you with them. We provide all the necessary tools to facilitate streaming, whether for workshops, plenary sessions, or control room mode. This allows you to broadcast online events in different formats, with speakers present on-site or remotely, whether or not there is a video control room.

At what resolution is the streaming currently broadcast?

The resolution ranges from 720p to 4K, depending on the selected live mode.

What is a “multi-event app”?

A multi-event app is a mobile application under your name and branding. It brings together the events for which you want to offer mobile services to participants (badge, personalized agenda, practical information, interactivity, etc.).

Access to the multi-event app can be restricted to your employees.

What are the advantages of using the Eventdrive multi-event app?

Your brand and event communication services are present on your participants’ smartphones. Participants can find all the events they are invited to in a single application with a consistent user experience from one event to another.

The application also allows better communication during an event thanks to push notifications.

What percentage of server equipment is reused?

The percentage of reused server equipment is 100%, and this equipment is not directed to the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) recycling stream. This reuse is made possible through repair and refurbishment, carried out in collaboration with our partners.
